TUITION:
Classes at North Georgia Dance & Music Factory are based on a monthly fee, not weekly. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. NO monthly notices are sent. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, all accounts will be assessed a$20.00 non-negotiable, non-refundable late fee. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, students will be prohibited from participating in dance or music lessons until payment is received in full. If account is delinquent for more than 60 days, it will be turned over to a collection agency. In order to avoid any late fees, you may choose to have your account’s tuition automatically withdrawn each month, or secure student’s tuition with a credit or debit card on file.
There will be a $25.00 service charge for returned checks.
After two incidents of returned checks, payment will only be accepted in cash or money order form.
ATTENDANCE:
Written notice for student’s withdrawal must be received by the 15th of the month, If not received by the 15th, you will be obligated to pay the next month’s tuition payment. There are no refunds or deductions for classes not attended. Students will have four weeks to attend a make-up lesson for his/her missed lessons.
North Georgia Dance & Music Factory reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student without refund for not abiding by the rules and regulations of the school.
RECITAL & COSTUME FEES:
There are absolutely no refunds of recital or costume fees. If your child does not wish to participate in the recital, you must give notice in writing by November 1st to avoid payment of all recital and costume fees.
COSTUME FEES:
Pre-Ballet / Kinder-Dance $70 per costume
Ballet/Tap Combo and Pre-Jazz $80 per costume
Level I and Up $90 per costume
A costume deposit of 50% is due by October 1st.
The balance for the costume(s) is due by November 1st.
RECITAL FEES:
($45.00 first child, $15.00 each additional child) is due by January 1st.
Late fee policy applies to all costume and recital fees. If full costume payment is not received by the 1st of December, a costume will not be ordered and the student will not participate in the recital.
INJURY OR ILLNESS:
North Georgia Dance & Music Factory or its instructors are not liable for any illness or injury which may occur in or around the studios located at 2740 Braselton Hwy. Suite D, Dacula, GA or 55 Freedom Parkway Suite 202 Hoschton, GA 30548 or while participating in North Georgia Dance & Music Factory, Inc. activities away from the studios.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Dance is a physical activity. If your child(ren) has/have any known medical condition(s) that may increase the risk of illness or injury during physical activity, the studio director and teachers must be notified of such condition(s) before enrollment in classes. In some cases North Georgia Dance & Music Factory, Inc. may require a doctor’s release before student is allowed to participate.
Medical emergency’s may arise, and with your permission we will transport your child(ren) to the nearest medical facility by a North Georgia Dance & Music Factory, Inc. affiliate if parent and emergency contact are unable to be reached.
A copy of Fee & Studio policies are attached to your enrollment form
to be signed and dated, when your enroll online or at either studio.
